This Hong Kong-style barbecue restaurant is located on Huaining Street, near 228 Park. In addition to the common Hong Kong-style barbecue dishes, there are also lion heads, local fish, spare ribs, etc., and there are also pasta options, which is quite special.
There are a lot of people taking out and making reservations by phone first, and there are not enough people on site, so the lunch time is a little confusing (for example, I want to take in, but it is a take-out lunch box), but the attitude of the store staff is pretty good
The store is divided into first floor and basement seats. There are about 14 seats on the first floor. According to the sign, there are 40 seats downstairs. You can take soup and water inside, and the tableware must be recycled by yourself after the meal.
Roasted Duck and Roasted Pork with Rice $120
The bento boxes come with condiments such as preserved vegetables and scallion sauce, which are very salty and fragrant with rice. Even if there is a lot of rice, you can still finish it all.
(After seeing the customer next door finishing his rice, the clerk actually offered to add more rice for him. How considerate!)
Today's side dishes are cabbage, some dark green vegetables, and dried tofu. They all taste good. The green vegetables are not too salty, but they are a little oily.
Both main dishes (roast duck and roast pork) are delicious. The only drawback is that the portions are not very large, about 4 small pieces each, and the meat part is a little bit undereaten.
The soup you serve yourself tastes a bit like medicated chicken soup, and it tastes okay.
Overall, the main dishes, side dishes and condiments were all very good, and I was really full after finishing the whole lunch. If you have passed by, you can give it a try.
(If you don’t have a big appetite, you can also ask the store owner to order less rice!)
