Even before opening, several groups of customers are waiting. It must be one of the popular restaurants in the area!

Upon entering, you order and pay at the counter. The staff will direct you to your dining seat. Each seat has a partition for privacy, and if there are two or more guests, the staff will remove the partition.

The self-service area offers delicious barley tea, condiments, and napkins, etc. There are not many seats in the restaurant, only about nine, which explains the reason for the queues.

The menu has only three types of ramen:
Premium Yuzu Salt, Rich Chicken White Broth, and Seafood Chicken White Broth. Additionally, a new Spicy Miso Chicken White Broth flavor has been launched. If you're looking for a side dish, there is fried chicken available. You can also choose the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the broth, and whether to add onions/scallions in your ramen. Half a portion of noodles is offered for free.

This time, I ordered the signature 🍜 Premium Yuzu Salt Ramen. The noodle firmness was just right, the broth richness was normal, and I added onions. Besides pork chashu, there is also chicken. The seasonal vegetables on top vary each time (this time it was bok choy). The refreshing yuzu broth is delightful and not greasy. If you want more flavor, you can mix it with diced onions. The onions are raw and have a slight pungency. The noodle firmness was perfect as it was, but if you order them firmer, they will have more chewiness. The chicken is chicken breast with yuzu flavor—very fragrant and not dry. The pork chashu is slightly thick, with a moderate amount of fat distribution, and has a nice texture and flavor.

Overall, I highly recommend this place for those who love yuzu salt flavor ramen. The staff are very polite, and the overall dining experience is pleasant.
