Mikexia's pearls are white jade pearls that have been boiled in honey. The texture is just right. Although there has been a recent pearl turmoil that scares people...but I believe in the quality of Mikexia (this time I went to the Hsinchu Ethnic Store , the store is very clean and tidy, which is reassuring, and the staff is polite and overall I feel great!)
For the base tea, I choose slightly sugar and slightly iced. Personally, I think the slightly sugary taste is just right. After all, the white jade pearls have their own sweetness. As for the amount of ice cubes, I might order less ice next time because it’s too hot in the summer.
