Cora Breakfast and Lunch

This is a very famous chain breakfast🥣 restaurant in Canada.
There didn't use to be so many branches...
But because the business is so good, many more locations were opened afterwards.
Later, since breakfast sold so well, they even had lunch🍱 too!
Perhaps because the business is thriving, the staff's attitude is a bit arrogant...
They don't keep a smile and can be a bit impatient...
However, they still meet our needs...
We ordered several dishes, which are:

❤️ Smoked Salmon Benedict
The Eggs Benedict are fairly standard; I personally feel that the vinegar's acidity is a bit lacking, but many people might think the flavor balance is pretty good! The smoked salmon part is also done wonderfully; salmon is very famous in Canada, and the freshness along with their smoking level is just right. The yolk, when mixed with the salmon, still presents a great taste!

❤️ Louis the Undecided
The name of this dish is interesting; I think my family ordered it just because of the name~! The dish is very much like a French crêpe🫓, filled with chocolate and banana🍌, which is an all-time classic good pairing! It comes with a bit of bacon🥓 and egg🥚 on the side~ While it can't be called healthy! It is a sweet breakfast~ and eating it makes you quite happy!

For the third dish, I forgot the name... It tastes like a Mexican burrito with not much sauce, but it isn't too dry; it's the most flavorful of the three dishes!

Overall, I would recommend it~ The food is simple and delicious! If you come to Canada and don't know what to eat, you can certainly give this a try~
