The dining space is spacious and bright and the environment is clean
This time I ordered miso barbecued pork ramen for $170 and Japanese pork chop for $80.
Miso Char Siu Ramen $170
Ramen is yellow thin noodles with a springy texture.
The barbecued pork has plenty of ingredients. I gave 6 slices. It has a rich flavor and is not dry.
The soup is a little sweet in the mouth but a little salty at the end.
The taste of miso is quite rich, but the flavor of fermented beans is slightly stronger.
Personally, I like this type of miso. You can evaluate it based on your personal preference.
Japanese pork chop $80
The bread crumbs are golden and crispy, a very typical Japanese recipe
The pork chop itself is quite thick, which is acceptable for the price.
There is a little shredded cabbage underneath to relieve the greasiness.
The taste is relatively unmemorable. It’s just an average and delicious fried pork cutlet.
If you ever visit this store, the barbecued pork is a recommended item.
For this price, the food is of a good standard.
It’s a good choice if you’re passing by or living nearby
