FabCafe has branches all over the world, and Fujiyoshida is the fifth in Japan. It is located at the intersection of Mount Fuji and Honmachi Street, where everyone goes to take pictures.
The high-ceiling space of the cafe on the first floor is very comfortable. Although there are not many seats and it is next to a popular attraction, there were not many customers that day. Everyone left after eating and drinking coffee.
The aroma of the hand-brewed coffee today is very strong, the fruit is soft and acidic, and there is no foreign smell. I like the flavor very much. Whole wheat scones have a slightly moist texture that I like. They are delicious without adding jam. They are also baked before serving, so they taste like they are freshly baked. They are super fragrant and delicious! I saw the brunch ordered by the table next door and thought it was delicious😂
In addition to the cafe, the store also has a large book section, which also sells many handicraft products from local Fujiyoshida craftsmen or textile brands. The second floor is a backpacker hotel.
Overall highly recommended! The opening time is also very early. After coming to Fujiyoshida to take pictures of Mount Fuji, you can have breakfast before heading to other attractions~
