Hey, here I am again.
Today I'm not having fried rice,
but wonton noodles for $75.
The wontons are really small (only 7).
You can choose the type of noodles,
I picked egg noodles, but what came out looked a lot like oil noodles (?
The moment I saw it, I thought: "Wait a minute, this isn't the egg noodles I wanted, ahhhhhh" 🫠
I originally thought about giving feedback to the shop,
but after asking Google, I found out
that there really are egg noodles that look like this.
So I chose to just accept it.
(In the end, I took on all of it alone 🫠)
But they gave a generous portion of noodles,
which can definitely fill me up under $100.
So... it's okay, I guess.
Although this price seems cheap in the north,
I still can’t help but think
that $75 for a bowl of noodles might be made up of $20 for wontons + $20 for vegetables & meat sauce + $35 for noodles (?
By the way,
according to my friend,
he ordered clam noodles, but what they brought him looked a lot like some spicy dan dan noodles…
My friend said: right now, he just hopes they won't mess up the order next time,
but my experimental spirit tells me: third time's the charm, let’s give them two more chances.
If they get my order wrong again, they’d better prepare to be cast aside 😈
‼️ Friends who don’t want their mood ruined by wrong orders, please think twice! ‼️
