This trip ended late, and the group went to the famous Tokyo Ramen Underground Street in search of dinner. Since I am not intolerant to salty food (it would give me a headache), I chose the restaurant with the mildest taste among the ramen guide provided in the underground shopping mall.
Even though it was after nine o'clock in the evening, there were still many people queuing in front of the Ramen Street stores. After purchasing meal tickets from the vending machine, you can hand them to the store clerk
This time I ordered the special Tenrei soy sauce ramen. The whole bowl of ramen looked very rich and colorful. The smoky flavor of the pork BBQ pork is tempting, and the chicken BBQ pork is also quite soft. Overall, there is a lot of meat!
The thin noodles themselves are very in line with Japanese standards. The color is a little darker, and you can find that the taste of the soup is really absorbed.
Although I pursue lightness, this Japanese taste is still a little salty for me; but the soup is salty and sweet, so I couldn't help but drink a few more sips.
Although it is said to be a ramen shop located in an underground shopping mall, this is a first-class battle zone for ramen shops. If you don’t have unique features, you won’t be able to survive. Personally, I highly recommend going to the Tokyo Station underground shopping mall to find ramen that suits you. It’s quite fun!
