The eel ramen restaurant that became a sensation shortly after opening is located near Tsukiji Market. The shop is clean, bright, and comfortable, and the service is fast. It is a very new establishment that specializes in eel-based ramen and rice bowls.
They collaborate with a seafood store for fresh, direct deliveries. The broth, made from simmering eel bones, is very rich, and the thin noodles are chewy yet satisfying. The small piece of eel is very fragrant, and the marinated egg yolk is also very rich and delicious, available for separate ordering. They also offer eel rice bowls or rice and noodle sets, with options for both regular and half portions. If I weren't too full, I would want to try the eel rice as well. Although the prices for the ramen are not cheap, it might be due to the high cost of using eel bones for the broth. Overall, it’s quite good, and if you haven't tried it yet, you should give it a go.
