This time I came to Bali to visit friends and wanted to find an affordable restaurant to dine.
Only then did I discover this assorted noodle shop. It was during dinner time, and there was a line of people lined up at the door.
There are roadside parking spaces on nearby roads. The arrival time is around 6pm, and after a short detour of two or three minutes, you can find a parking space. You really can't park on the roadside, and there is a paid parking lot near the restaurant.
Before entering the store, you need to pick up the number plate at the door and fill in the book to wait for your seat (not in the order of numbers, but in the order filled in the book). There were ten groups in front of me, and it took about ten minutes to dine in. The table turnover rate was quite high. There are two floors in the store and there are many places, so you don’t have to worry about queuing up.
This time I ordered a plate of fried assorted noodles (the boss emphasized that a plate of fried noodles can be eaten by two people, but if it is fried udon noodles, it is only for one person, which is quite strange), radish cake, and oyster soup.
The fried noodles have a southern flavor, with a salty-sweet sauce, fresh pork liver, cabbage, shrimps, and two clams (I didn’t even open the clams |||). Overall, it’s delicious, but I won’t be able to eat too much. I feel like the more I eat, the saltier it gets.
The carrot cake is Hong Kong-style, fried a little bit, and has a dense texture, which is quite delicious.
Oyster soup is boiled with prunes and fresh clams in clear soup. It can be eaten with fried noodles to balance out the saltiness in your mouth.
Because one plate of fried noodles can be eaten by two people, the main dish can be eaten for only 60 yuan per person, and a bowl of soup and side dishes are just right. The cost is not too high and it is an affordable restaurant worth recommending.

Assorted fried noodles, one plate is enough for two people!
