Selling Okinawan delicacies: Miyako noodles and rice balls
The soup base is specially brewed by the Japanese owner, made with chicken bones, pork bones, and bonito
Before seated, we enjoyed refreshing Okinawan jasmine tea, perfect for beating the summer heat!

🍜 Okinawa Miyako SOBA $250
They served two pieces that resemble braised pork, very generous with the ingredients
Juicy and not dry, even I, who don't usually enjoy fatty meat, could accept it
The broth also has a bit of shredded ginger added
However, the saltiness is still a bit too much for me
The noodles are thick and have a great chewy texture!

The fried shrimp is sweet and fresh!
The special tartar sauce has a sweet and sour taste, paired with the egg aroma
And the inherent savory scent from the luncheon meat
