For dinner on the weekend, I chose the long-lost Muzeo restaurant. The last time I visited was before the epidemic, and I still miss the food and wine provided by this restaurant.
Taking advantage of the weekend, I called to make an appointment for that day. I was lucky enough to make an appointment for two people in the evening. I was really looking forward to it after fasting all day!
This time we started by ordering 5 glasses of Muzeo Pairing wine.
Appetizer: Sicilian stew + creamy crab patties. The crab patties are perfectly matched with Pairing's white wine, and I feel the taste of marriage that I haven't encountered in a while.
Main meal: Thin noodles with olive oil, garlic and chili go well with beer. The original one was not enough, so I immediately ordered another glass. Then, of course, there’s the Prime Beef Short Rib paired with red wine, which is also served with mashed potatoes.
Finally, a group of cranberry oolong tea wine was served, which was a perfect ending to today's dinner. Will definitely find time to visit again!
