🔱🔱 Tonta とんかつ とん太本店 🔱🔱
Although it is not particularly popular on the Internet, I still highly recommend this pork chop~
Get out of Osaka Castle Subway Station and walk towards Osaka Castle for about 5 minutes and you will see it.
Most of the people in the store are Japanese, and it is quite a local shop, but it still has its flavor.
The store also has pork chops made from Yamagata pork, which is a higher-priced option, and we ordered the fried food set for two, which was a big plate full (pictured).
Ps. At first I thought it was because the pig (or pork) looked like a mountain... Later I found out that Yamagata is a place name.
The fried food set includes: cheese pork chop, fried shrimp, fried pork chop, fried mashed potatoes, etc. The portion is very large.
The pork chops are tender and juicy, and the fried shrimps are also very large. Two people will be very full until the end of the meal. If you feel it is too greasy, there is also a squeeze of lemon on the side to relieve the greasiness.
It is covered with shredded cabbage and can be topped with sesame sauce, which is very good for relieving greasiness.
Drinks are not included in the package, we ordered a glass of ginger ale and a glass of cautery.
