Khao Soi is delicious👍Northern Thai cuisine that is rare in Taiwan!
I just happened to go to Chiang Mai a while ago, and I was looking for some Northern Thai cuisine, so I thought of this restaurant. Located in the busy alley of Neike Business District, this restaurant is the sister store of "P Ming Thai Cuisine" in Hong Kong Station. However, P Ming sells more table dishes, while this small courtyard shop mainly sells individual set meals.
This time I ordered Khao Soi (Northern Thai curry noodles). The soup is slightly different from the one in Chiang Mai. The soup here is thinner and spicy (the amount of coconut milk is less), but it has already scratched the itch. Okay, my craving for Khao Soi has been solved! It is highly recommended to squeeze out the lemon on the side to make the soup more layered! The noodles they use are different from the egg noodles commonly eaten locally. They use ordinary white thin noodles. The fried noodles on the top are actually crispier than the local ones, as crispy as dim sum noodles!
What surprised me even more was his green papaya salad, which was sweet and sour, rich in shrimp flavor, and super appetizing.
The black tea ordered a la carte is very ordinary, $80 is too expensive
Overall, the experience at this restaurant is very good. Although the price is on the high side, the food is unique and delicious. I will still want to visit again in the future✅
