❤️ A long-established and renowned cold noodle shop in the Luzhou Night Market has been around for a very long time, but recently its location has experienced small changes and has now returned to its original spot (in front of No. 121 Chenggong Road).
Overall rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑

🚗 This place is next to the Luzhou Temple Night Market, and parking cannot be done on the street. All parking is at the Luzhou Elementary School underground parking lot (30 NTD/hour). You will enter from a corner of the Luzhou Night Market, and for scooters, there are public parking spaces available, which are quite ample.

💬 General Kwan's Cold Noodles is a stall I always eat at, and it seems to be the only cold noodle option in the Luzhou Night Market (so make sure to pick wisely?). Besides cold noodles, they also serve soup. Currently, dining in is allowed, and it appears that the seating is shared with the adjacent Oden stall (I’m not sure since the Oden stall is closed today).

Due to short staffing, after finishing the meal, you will need to clean up your own table!

🍜 Taiwanese sesame sauce cold noodles Large $45 You can see that for 45 dollars, the cold noodles are served in such a large bowl; the portion is really quite enough. With plenty of sesame sauce and garlic, paired with cucumber, it really reminds me of the cold noodles I used to eat at the market when I was a child. If you want it spicy, there is also a spicy sauce you can add yourself.

🍲 Meatball Soup $30 Although there are large meatballs, there are only two of them. The broth is a clear soup, which I tried for the first time (previously, they only offered miso soup). A simple touch of pepper enhances the flavor, perfectly balancing the spiciness of the cold noodle chili sauce.
