A new spicy hot pot specialty store has opened near Xinjuejiang, using a QR code ordering system. The ordering process is very simple: first, choose the broth (either soup or dry mix), then select your favorite meats and side dishes, and finally choose a staple food to go with it.

I recommend their "Mala Milk Broth," which has just the right amount of spiciness and a rich milky flavor. The vegetables soak up the broth and are very flavorful, and there’s a generous portion of fish as well, which we really liked.

For the dry mix, I chose the "Black Braise," which has a rich sauce flavor that is slightly sweet and is very appealing to those from the southern region. It goes well with rice.
