Although I pass by it often, I just noticed recently that business is very good during meal time. I didn't feel like cooking tonight, so I happened to be passing by after get off work so I gave it a try. The store was fully booked at about 7pm, so we had to wait for a while to be seated.
Cabbage and Beef Soup Dumplings
The dumplings are quite large, with a certain thickness and good chewiness.
The beef soup is braised, thick but not greasy!
Boiled dumplings and soup dumplings are available in 5-piece and 10-piece options. The 5-piece option is quite friendly to the little bird’s stomach.
Double Sauce Dry Noodles Shaozi Sauce + Tomato
I really like the diced tomatoes, they are rich in flavor but refreshing in taste, while the whistle sauce has an indescribable taste and is not that to my liking. Although the noodles are thin, they are very chewy. I will try other flavors next time.
Beef egg drop soup
The soup part is the same as the soup dumplings, and the egg drop portion is quite generous. Recommended!
Fresh shrimps in red oil
What I dislike the most this time is this one. The red oil is a little spicy, but has no aroma and is quite sour. However, the wontons themselves are okay. I will order other wonton items next time.
