During the hot summer in Kaohsiung ☀️
I occasionally have a strong craving for cold dishes to whet my appetite,
and sushi is just a great choice✌🏻

This sushi shop located near Sanmin Market
mainly sells affordable takeout sushi.
Their operating hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM.
I've passed by several times and thought it looked pretty good,
but when I arrived at 6:30 PM this time,
I found that the selection was already quite limited❕

In the end, I chose the assorted sushi,
priced under 100 NT dollars and including seaweed sushi and flower sushi.
The flavors are indeed quite unique,
featuring classic combinations like tuna and smoked chicken,
as well as less common elements like seaweed sprouts.
The flavors were decent, but the texture of the sushi rice wasn't to my liking,
which affected the overall dining experience.

Additionally, the service attitude and atmosphere of the shop felt a bit cold,
so even though the food offered diverse and unique flavors,
I probably won't make a special trip to visit again🥲
