Location: London, UK
This restaurant also came up when I was looking for brunch spots in London. The special part is that it used to be a public restroom that has been converted. So it's in a basement by the roadside, and walking down to it feels quite ceremonial. Even before entering, I could already smell the wonderful aroma of croissants and bread (not the smell of a restroom 😝😝).
The restaurant is small, but there’s a row of seats that looks like toilets, which is really interesting.
🌟 Cheese and Tomato Croissant
Not knowing what to order, I was lured by the enticing smell of croissants. I ended up just ordering a mini croissant. I forgot that I had seen another option while doing my research, and after ordering, I realized I regretted it immensely. The croissant has a nice texture, but it’s a bit dry. However, pairing it with tomatoes made it much better.
🌟 Kimchi Handmade Sandwich
The toast is very fragrant, and the crust is crispy. The kimchi has a slightly sour taste, not the kind I usually enjoy, and it has no spiciness at all—definitely breakfast-friendly food. 🤣
In terms of deliciousness, it’s quite average—not something you specifically need to come to eat. But overall, the restaurant's decor is very unique.
