Tiger Sauce Dry Noodles: This dish surprised me a bit. It seems the stir-fry sauce is homemade, with a strong aroma of mushrooms. The noodles are quite firm and don't absorb the sauce well, so the flavors felt disconnected to me.

It turns out this restaurant has a pay-after-eating policy. My colleague and I left right after eating, and the lady at the counter had to run after us, calling out that we hadn't paid. It was super embarrassing. But I'm grateful she didn't call the police, or else we would have been in trouble.
