The overall environment is OK. The store specializing in beef noodles does good business at noon on weekdays.
This time I ordered beef tendon noodles. There was a lot of beef tendon. It was soft and tender and easy to bite, but it was not completely tasteless. I quite liked it. The soup was not too salty and had the aroma of beef. Yes, the noodles are average and you can choose the thickness.
The seasonal vegetables are not fixed every time I come here. It really depends on what the store has that day. I think the portion is quite OK for 40 yuan.
There is sauerkraut available for self-service. I think the sauerkraut is a bit dry, but adding it to the soup can still add some flavor. It’s free so I don’t ask for too much.
Will come again when I want to eat beef noodles~
