The decoration is relatively modern and quite conspicuous in this area.
This time I ordered clear soup noodles for $55, red oil noodles for $70, braised eggs for $20, and braised tofu for $30.

Clear noodle soup $55
Ordered the special noodles out of curiosity
They are white thin noodles. There is nothing special about the appearance.
The texture is really great, the dough is very elastic and the center has a slightly hard texture similar to spaghetti.
The soup is a simple and traditional minced meat soup, with a little bit of nine-story pagoda added to enhance the flavor.

Red oil copybook $70
Although the menu says it's slightly spicy, judging from the Chao Shou I've had, this one is quite spicy and has no numbing sensation.
The wonton wrapper is relatively small and does not have a large outer piece of wonton wrapper.
The skin is very thin and has a strong flavor after absorbing the spicy oil.
There are some bean sprouts underneath to counteract the greasy feeling of the spicy oil.
If you like spicy food, you can order it. It’s quite fragrant.

Braised eggs $20
Braised and full of flavor, but a little pricey
If there are a lot of people, you can order two, which is cheaper.

Braised tofu $30
The braised tofu is full of chunks and not very tasty.
But what’s quite interesting is that his braised tofu tastes very tender.
Maybe it’s also the result of every trade-off.

Overall, if you live nearby or are passing by, it is highly recommended to come in and give it a try.
But it’s just not good enough to be worth going out of your way to eat.
