The RAMEN ULTRA Ultra Ramen introduced today was originally called Chicken Nishiki Ramen. It was renamed on January 4, 2022 and became an overseas brand of Japanese Nishiki Ramen. "Nishiki Ramen" was born in Odate City, Akita Prefecture in 1994. Nishiki Food has expanded to multiple stores in Akita Prefecture. Each store provides different flavors of soup and ingredients, but always adheres to the original intention of "making delicious and healthy ramen." The noodles are made from wheat produced in Hokkaido, and are served with high-quality chicken bones, tonkotsu, fish fillet and vegetable stock.
✅Thick hot dashi flavored tama char siu ramen: It contains soft-boiled eggs, chopped onions, char siu and other ingredients. The soup is a thick tonkotsu stock that tastes moderately salty. The noodle body can be soft or hard, and tastes quite chewy, while the barbecued pork is soft and tender, full of grilled aroma. The overall taste is very layered.
✅Xiang Shio Ajitama Ramen: The ingredients are the same as "hot dashi Ajitama Barbecued Pork Ramen", but there is an extra special ingredient "alfalfa sprouts" in it. Therefore, it tastes more refreshing and vegetable-like, while the soup base has a salty taste.
✅Chicken steak: The outer layer has a crispy texture and a slight aroma of Chinese medicinal materials. The meat is also tender and juicy.
✅Bean sprouts: Use ordinary fried onions and green onions as the main seasoning. The bean sprouts taste crisp and fresh.
✅Japanese style kelp shreds: A common cold side dish, sweet and sour, very smooth and appetizing.
✅Saliva Chicken: It uses chicken breast, and the taste is somewhat similar to Shufei Chicken Breast. Coupled with the peppercorn spicy sauce and garnished with shredded chili peppers and green onions, the overall spiciness is probably at a mild level.
✅Mini Mentaiko Bibimbap: Simple white rice with mentaiko and seaweed. Stir evenly and eat. It has a light aroma of mentaiko, and the mentaiko itself has saltiness, so the taste is just right and not too heavy. But it would be better if you could add some mayonnaise to make the rice smoother.

Overall, this restaurant is worth trying. The main recommendation for noodles is the "thick hot stock" flavor, which has richer layers of taste.
