The first store of Taipei Yongkang Craft Beer Restaurant is located in the alley of Yongkang Street business district.
The entrance of the store is not spacious, and the store occupies a small area, but you can feel the unique style of the beer bar from a distance.
It happened to be during the Paris Olympics, and the big TV in the store was playing the Alda Sports Channel. While enjoying a beer, I also watched table tennis and boxing. It also responded to Fooday's Olympic Week activities.
What I enjoyed today were black roasted mulberry (kombucha), red oolong tea beer, Tieguanyin oolong tea, and Ailuo Wuyong, totaling 960 yuan.
Black roasted mulberry (kombucha):
Kombucha is a naturally fermented tea drink based on tea leaves and black tea fungus. It actually has a sweet and sour fermented flavor, which is a perfect match for the sweet and sour flavor of ebony and mulberry.
It is alcohol-free and can be consumed safely while driving.
Red Oolong Tea Beer:
The aroma of hops and tea complement each other, and it has the unique citrus flavor of red oolong. In addition, it is also a beer that will make you feel better after drinking it.
Tieguanyin Oolong Tea:
The strong charcoal roasted flavor of Tieguanyin blends with the malty aroma of hops, and the aroma will burst out with the beer bubbles, which is quite a wonderful experience.
Ailuo Wuyong:
It is a Honey Ale type. It uses a large amount of Taiwanese longan honey to interpret this honey beer. People who are afraid of the bitter taste of beer can also drink it easily.
Overall, it is a craft beer bar with distinctive beers.
The boiling water in the store is provided by an industrial-style exposed pipe faucet on the wall. Unfortunately, it is not completely ice water, which is a small drawback.
