It specializes in chicken white soup ramen. I ordered Sichuan Shinji Chicken White Soup Ramen and the day-limited Umami Chicken White Soup Ramen ($260). The ramen has a rich flavor and the soup is very good. The only pity is that I prefer thick noodles, but the store owner It is a type of thin noodles, but because the noodles themselves absorb the rich soup, they are still delicious.

I also ordered Mentaiko Mayonnaise Pork Rice Bowl and Sesame Water Lotus. The white rice had distinct grains and the pork had a charred aroma. When paired with the Mentaiko Mayo, it was overall delicious and the flavors harmonized well.

The flax water lotus was just average and didn't leave a deep impression.
