Today’s dinner is located on Changping Road, Beitun

Sometimes when passing by Changping Road, you will always see this noodle shop.
There are people queuing up to buy noodles, so I decided to give it a try tonight!
The store is small, and it looks like it has a lot of sticks.
There are traces of time. It feels like it has been in business for a long time. There are about three or four tables arranged inside the arcade next to the seats. The store sells very simple noodles, mainly noodles.
There are also some side dishes for sale!
I parked the Odumox and slowly walked into the queue.
The restaurant served the meal very quickly, and it wasn't long before it was my turn. This time I ordered the mixed noodles. Since the dine-in seats were already full, I chose takeout this time!
Ingredients for the noodles include oysters, braised large intestine, fish balls and meat soup.
I couldn't wait to open it and take a bite. The texture of the noodles was not too mushy, but chewy and chewy!
The braised large intestine tasted a bit fishy and the texture was a bit soft. The large intestine part didn’t feel right. After taking one bite, I just skipped the large intestine. The meat soup part was a bit small, but the texture was okay. There were fine particles in it. Silky shreds of meat, but no meaty flavor! The oysters are quite large and taste quite fresh, without any gritty texture! The fish ball part is just average and nothing special.
At the end of the meal, I felt a bit salty. Overall
