The business of Erlou is still very good after driving down from Taipei to Tainan. Today is a holiday at 2pm, and the restaurant is still full.
The item I ordered was the Downtown Bellito Roll (390 yuan) from the brunch series. It is a Mexican dish. The crust is very thin and it is filled with turmeric rice. The taste is really spicy and sour, and it is served with special asparagus. The chickpea salad is quite spicy, and the whole plate is very filling.
I also ordered an avocado bacon soft-boiled egg sandwich. A large piece of European-style bread was smeared with sweet sauce and then covered with avocado puree and 4 slices of soft-boiled eggs. It tasted like a muddy texture and a sweet taste. It was very Suitable for relieving boredom after eating heavy-flavored items.
It’s been a long time since I had brunch, and I really like Erlou’s dedication to the food. No wonder it gets good reviews from both the north and the south!
