# Beef Lasagna
This dish has a lot of meat!
You can see a thick layer of beef cheek from the side.
The crust on top is crispy grilled cheese.
There's a generous amount of tomato sauce on the side, which has a lighter flavor.
However, paired with the strong main ingredient, it's just right!
You won't get tired of finishing it alone.
If I really had to mention a downside, it would probably be the utensils?
The cheese is grilled so crispy that it's hard to cut into bite-sized pieces with the knife. 🤣
# Truffle Flavored Cheese Chicken Risotto $320
The flavor is perfectly balanced, rich but not overwhelming.
Each grain of rice is coated with sauce.
There’s some firmness to the rice; the menu states you can request it softer if you like.
But I think it’s just right; it wouldn't be bad if it were a bit firmer.
The chicken is cut into small pieces inside the rice.
It seems to be chicken breast but incredibly tender—impressive.
# Belizean Rum Tiramisu $120
The cake base is on the moist side.
There are no cookies at the bottom, but there's Oreo on the side for added texture.
I usually don’t have much feeling towards Belizean rum.
This dish has a subtle rum flavor; personally, I prefer tiramisu with a stronger alcohol taste.
But I really like this flavor too! You should order it!
# Churros with Valrhona Chocolate Sauce $120
The last time I had a similar dish was at AKAME in Pingtung.
I can’t believe I can have it again in Changhua, haha!
The churros don't have a cinnamon flavor; I feel like it's missing a flavor here.
But friends who don’t like cinnamon will probably be very happy, haha!
