The environment was very clean, but there was a bit of oil smoke smell (probably because there were too many people dining). There were a lot of self-service options available. It was also very high-tech (except for the call number which was manual), you order and pay for your meal yourself, then someone brings your food to you.
However, when I saw my fried chicken being served, I was a little disappointed because the skin of the chicken was soft, not crispy. From the way the chicken looked in the photo, it seems like it was fried first and then pan-fried, rather than just pan-fried on the grill. (A small deduction for that) The noodles were a bit thin, but they paired well with the mushroom sauce, which wasn't too salty and had a hint of sweetness, making it quite enjoyable. However, I recommend the corn chowder from the self-service area more; it had a good flavor and a hint of seafood taste, but I didn't see any seafood ingredients in it (which was a bit strange).
