The recent weather has really made me want to eat cold noodles, so I went to look for a cold noodle shop near my home again~

This "Dandan Cold Noodles" is located near Zhongshan Station, only a 2-minute walk from Exit 5, and next to the famous Chuanmuyuan Noodles

They are all semi-outdoor seats, and there are not many. There are only 4 seats at the bar and a square table that can seat 2-4 people. If you want to dine in during dinner time, you may have to wait a while, but cold noodles are The food comes out pretty quickly, so you don’t have to wait too long.

The two of us each ordered a portion of cold noodles, plus a bowl of the three-in-one drink that is a must-have for cold noodles.

ps. Even for internal use, paper bowls and disposable tableware are used. Even the sesame paste is packaged separately, which is not environmentally friendly.

First of all, let me condemn it. I told my boss that I didn’t want cucumbers, but I still let them go 😂
The conclusion is: this bowl of cold noodles is really too salty! ! ! The sesame paste packet is included separately. It is strongly recommended to add a little sesame paste first to test the taste. If it is not flavorful enough, add it slowly. Because I added it all at once and it turned out to be so salty that I couldn’t eat it without drinking the soup at the same time.
When ordering, the boss would ask if we wanted to add spicy food. We all added it. It looked a lot like the not-so-spicy spicy shavings, but it turned out to be quite spicy. After eating, I regretted not buying a drink to go with it first.

Three-in-one soup (miso + egg drop + meatball*2) $55
The soup tastes very rich and delicious, I like it! And if there is tofu in the miso soup, it’s a bonus. It should be flat tofu. It has a solid texture. The rice balls are also quite big. You will feel full after drinking this bowl.

Overall, the cold noodles are too salty, otherwise it would be good after adding spicy food, but just think that I made a mistake. I will try it again next time I have a chance to see if it will be normal to add only half of the sesame paste ~
