This store is located on Tielu Street at Taichung Train Station.

I ordered the pork cutlet set meal with smooth egg for $220

The smooth eggs should be cooked in two stages
The bottom layer is a firm, fully cooked egg, and the top layer is a half-boiled egg liquid.
The pork chop is fried with rice noodles and then stewed together.
The dough part is so full of soup that it has almost no crispiness.
The taste can be compared to fried dough sticks filled with salty soy milk.
The pork chop itself was a little dry and the sauce was a little too salty.
Especially when the seasonings of several side dishes are also heavily salty.
The portion of rice is not enough
It’s quite interesting to go with the soup. The ingredients are very similar to miso soup.
There are kelp sprouts and tofu, but there is an extra shiitake mushroom.

Overall the price is on the high side
The food tastes pretty good
If you are in a hurry to eat while passing by Taichung Railway Station
It's a decent choice
