★ Texture

Champorado is usually only found in Filipino homes for breakfast.
It is typically eaten on rainy days and sometimes paired with dried fish.
It's rare to see it in restaurants.

Since taking a Filipino cooking class in Taiwan and trying chocolate porridge,
I actually didn't have a very good impression; I thought it was just average.

But when I got to the actual place, different chefs made it taste completely different.

The flavor is on the sweeter side, which Filipinos might find too sweet.
However, because it has a texture similar to chocolate eight-treasure porridge,
I personally feel it’s not too sweet.
On the contrary, I found the tiramisu latte to be too sweet.

Everything Bagel
The smoked chicken bagel wasn’t particularly surprising, but the presentation was impressive.

Feels different from American pancakes, has a much sweeter taste.
Those who enjoy sweets might like it, but I personally wanted to try the French toast series instead.

If you're in the Philippines and don't like sweets, you really need to ask for no sugar when ordering.
Otherwise, every dessert will be quite sweet!
