Inside the Shida Night Market, there is a place called <Let's Eat Egg Cake>, which has a lot of flavor options and does great business. You may need to wait for a while when it's crowded.

The shop's logo is very distinctive, featuring a chicken breaking out of an egg, accompanied by the number 17, which resonates with the shop name 😂

I've purchased from there a few times; they have heart-shaped and egg-shaped cakes, with five pieces in each serving, no mixing allowed.
The egg cake is soft and has a strong egg aroma, with crispy edges that are caramelized, and every time I pass by, I'm tempted by the smell of grilling...

I've previously tried the custard cream, double cheese, and molten dark chocolate, all of which were quite delicious. This time I bought the rich milk cream; the filling is a bit sweeter, with a slight salty taste, but it's not overly sweet, full of milky flavor, and has a slightly sandy texture~ very unique, but my favorite is still the double cheese.
