Inside the ticket gates of JR Tokyo Station, Gransta, basement 1st floor
It was located along a wide corridor in Gransta, lined with takeout specialty stores and souvenir shops.

I visited around 8 p.m. on a weekday, but there was a steady line of customers. It was a late hour, but there was a wide variety of breads, and some freshly baked breads had signs pointing out that they were freshly baked.
Besides bread, they also sold miscellaneous goods such as bread-shaped lights.

At the back of the store, there was an eat-in space with counter seats and table seats.
There is also an Aladdin toaster installed, so you can rebake your bread yourself.

I had some time before my Shinkansen train, so I decided to eat in.

Hiroo cream puffs 484 yen
The custard cream was added at the register, so I was able to enjoy the fresh taste.
The light and fluffy dough is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and is luxuriously filled with lightly sweet custard cream. It is dusted with powdered sugar to add a refined sweetness.

Citron aux amandes 418 yen
Custard cream is sandwiched with sweetened lemon peel and topped with honey-soaked lemon for a refreshing taste.
The combination of the flaky, buttery croissant and the soft, sticky custard cream is exquisite.

Since it was at Tokyo Station, the prices were a little high, but there were a lot of carefully selected products on display.
