The soba noodles are light but have a good texture, enhanced by the addition of pickled vegetables. The sticky rice in the oil rice has just the right texture, but the sesame oil flavor is slightly weak. The four-ingredient soup is delicious, but there are a few less intestines.
The boss's attitude is friendly, making people feel the store's warmth and kindness.
For breakfast, I wanted to eat noodle soup and found this place.
I ordered a large bowl of big intestine noodle soup, a medium bowl of oil rice with tofu, and four-herb soup.
The noodle soup included some pickled vegetables for texture, but unfortunately, there wasn't much. The dried fish flavor wasn't strong enough either.
This bowl was on the lighter side, but still quite tasty. However, those who prefer stronger flavors might find it slightly lacking.
The oil rice was just right; the glutinous rice had a perfect texture—not too dry or too mushy. It's a pity that there wasn't enough sesame oil flavor; otherwise, it could have scored higher.
The four-herb soup was delicious, but perhaps due to cost considerations, there was very little intestine in it.
The boss had a great attitude.
