Raw milk buns are definitely one of the must-eat foods when in Rome. The soft buns are paired with a ton of fresh cream, which is a visual feast. You can see this item in almost every cafe, so we chose one. Come and enjoy raw milk buns with coffee in the morning
This "Regoli Pasticceria" is an old store that has been open for a hundred years. It can be called the most authentic raw milk buns in Rome. It happened to be near our B&B, so we decided to choose this store to eat.
Arrived at 7:30 on Saturday morning, the whole store was already full of customers. There were not many seats. It looked like there were less than 10 seats indoors and outdoors.
Raw milk bag €3.5
To be honest, a fresh butter bread costs more than NT$100, which is really not cheap! But since it is a well-known and old store, you still have to spend the money you should.
The fresh cream tastes very simple and has a light milk aroma. I originally thought it would be a bit greasy, but it is not at all, and it is not too sweet. It reminds me of the fresh cream of red leaf cake, and the bread body has a bit of lemon sourness. Personally I think the bread itself is a bit ordinary.
Cappuccino €1.5
I didn’t expect that a cup of cappuccino, which only costs about NT$50, also comes with latte art, and it tastes really good. I think it’s a great value!
Overall, I quite like this store. The staff is quite friendly and the food tastes good. If I happen to be nearby, I recommend eating the raw milk buns!
