The overall performance of the dishes was excellent, especially the crab meat and scallop squid ink noodles, which had a rich sauce and a strong seafood flavor. The French black truffle chicken risotto had crispy chicken skin, and the accompanying risotto was also very suitable, leaving a lasting impression.
The dining environment is spacious, comfortable, and clean, making it feel relaxing and very suitable for enjoying a great meal.
It was a good experience eating Heifu this time.
The crab meat, scallop and cuttlefish noodles are highly recommended. The crab meat is peeled out of the shell, and the sauce is full of crab flavor. If you like crab, you can order it, but it is a bit expensive.
The beef stew rice is just okay. The seasoning is delicious. I use hard rice. If you don't like it, you can adjust it to a softer one.
The shrimp burrito is health-oriented and has a lot of lettuce
I ordered two items for this meal
Star-rated Lobster Flavor Pan-fried Scallops, Crab Meat and Squid Noodles ($420)
The sauce is very rich but not greasy, full of seafood flavor
The surface body is also very elastic
The fried scallops were very delicious, but there was only one
There are quite a few crab legs
The portion is just right, not too full or hungry
Comes with black tea or American style
French black truffle chicken risotto ($350)
The chicken skin is fried crispy, but the chicken is very tender
It goes well with stewed rice and the portion is larger than cuttlefish noodles.
Also available with black tea or American style
