When collecting money and changing money, he uses the other hand to hold it. The hand that does not take money touches the ingredients again. It is really safe and hygienic 👍

I ordered 3 side dishes today, rice blood, sweet and spicy, and dried black beans.
The side dishes are all priced at NT$20, which is a very reasonable price in Taipei. A large portion is only NT$60. Moreover, these 3 side dishes are very tasty and delicious, and they are evenly distributed when paired with the boss’s unique recipe. Stir it together and it’s a really refreshing and appetizing side dish.
