They have seven different flavors for the pancake skin, but the fillings, which include an egg, are all the same. The basil flavor tends to sell out the fastest. I really appreciate her help, as the staff seemed too busy to answer questions. After the aunt placed the food in the box, customers had to add their own seasonings on the tables beside them; it was a semi-self-service style. To pay, you just tell the aunt and then take the change yourself from the table.

While eavesdropping on the orders in front of me, I noticed that many people also chose the pumpkin option besides basil. It was my first time encountering pumpkin pancakes, and I thought it was special enough to order.

The pumpkin pancake wrapped about three eggs along with carrots, corn, and green onions. It was an enormous serving, the biggest egg pancake I’ve ever eaten. I didn’t find the pumpkin flavor in the pancake skin to be very pronounced, but the overall combination felt rich. I was quite satisfied, but it was a bit oily, so I’d recommend eating it quickly after buying it instead of letting it sit for too long. My friend and I shared one, and we both felt stuffed. At 70 NT dollars each, I think it’s a great value for the price.
