What we enjoyed today was fat intestine noodles. The beef soup base was salty and smooth, which is perfect for enjoying in winter. The menu lists this item with a chili pepper but it is not actually spicy. The noodles are thin and will be tangled together when they are first served. After mixing the noodles, you can obviously eat the noodles that absorb the soup, but I personally feel that they are not elastic enough.
