Fengjia Night Market has a quite famous egg pancake shop, and it seems to have a lot of branches. This time, I bought one on a whim while passing by. There’s no need to line up on-site; you just need to go to the counter to take a number and wait for your turn to order, which is relatively quick. I ordered their signature sweet and spicy sauce flavor, and it was quite tasty. The pancake skin is the soft and chewy kind, and they put in a good amount of green onions as well.
