The preserved vegetable soup base is very flavorful and aromatic, a bit on the salty side but still acceptable. It includes chopped celery and green onions for added flavor; the portion of shredded pork is quite generous. The noodles are the common flat, thin type, and overall it's quite tasty!

This braised dish is very reasonably priced; for NT$35, you get a whole soft-boiled egg, as well as kombu and dried tofu, braised with star anise for a fragrant flavor. I really liked it! This side dish is definitely a must-order!

🔹 There is a self-service sauce area (providing garlic, chili oil, and soy sauce).
