🌮 A well-established traditional breakfast shop that opens at three-thirty in the morning.

Recently, I’ve been craving traditional egg pancakes made with batter, but I was worried they might be too oily, leading to an internal conflict. Unexpectedly, while browsing online, I discovered this shop that has been around for over sixty years. It looks exceptionally local and impressive, so I decided to just go for it without worrying about whether it would be good or not. 🏃🏻‍♀️➡️

When I arrived, I noticed that most people picking up takeout were older locals. I felt a bit out of place weaving through them. 🤣 I could see the owner’s family preparing breakfast. I heard that their fried dough sticks and flaky pastries are also handmade. Unfortunately, my focus this time was on the egg pancakes, and since I had a cold, fried food wasn’t suitable, so I’ll have to come back to try those another time.

Since I was taking it back to the office, I didn’t get to try it on-site. I can only say that the whole pancake that wasn’t cut turned out to be more delicious than I expected.~~~~

It’s very traditional and soft, not the new-style crispy ones. It’s exactly the classic egg pancake I had in mind. You can taste the egg, barbecue pork, and vegetables 🥬. At this price point, it’s truly a fantastic deal! ❗️

The soy milk itself is quite ordinary, but the option for unsweetened and temperature choice is nice. At just ten dollars, I can't really complain. 👍🏻

Overall, I can only say that this is a breakfast shop I wish I had discovered sooner. Although the store environment is a bit dark, I wouldn’t consider dining in, but as takeout, it’s quite good. I believe I’ll have plenty of chances to become a regular customer in the future, and I recommend it to everyone. ✨
