This shop is located next to the famous landmark in Hualien, the "Jiesi Aimei Hotel," and there is a large banyan tree that beautifully complements the nostalgic wooden architecture. I thought it looked very unique, so I came in and tried their number one set meal, "Boss's Favorite," and the second one, "Breakfast and Dinner, You Should Eat," which is very creative. I must say the owner really puts in effort; the shapes of the eggs are all heart-shaped. They use real pork tenderloin. The noodles were not particularly delicious. I recommend the egg pancake with "corn and cheese," which is truly quite delicious. They use a QR code for ordering and self-service for recycling utensils. The interior environment is very comfortable and perfect for friends visiting Hualien to come and take photos. Especially if you're looking for a late-night bite or breakfast options? This place is definitely the right choice, and it will not disappoint.
