The charcoal-grilled chicken and pork platter is served with shredded cabbage, rice, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and miso soup. The chicken and pork are grilled to perfection, tender and juicy, and delicious. The miso soup has a slightly stronger flavor but is still acceptable, and the shredded cabbage is of moderate size, served with an oil and vinegar dressing.
There are not many seats available for dining in, suitable for small gatherings. It is recommended to make a reservation to ensure a table.
The service is attentive, and the waitstaff will proactively refill tea. Customers need to scan the code to place their orders, and the staff will reconfirm the dishes.
Company dinner, first make a reservation so you don’t have to worry about not having a seat at mealtime, there aren’t many seats for dining in.
I ordered the charcoal-grilled chicken and pork combo set meal, which comes with shredded cabbage, rice, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and miso soup. You can get more white rice, shredded cabbage, and miso soup if you want.
The chicken and pork are not too dry, and they are very tender, perfectly grilled, and juicy. Overall, it’s delicious 😋 The miso soup is not too salty; although the flavor is a bit strong, it’s acceptable for me. The shredded cabbage is cut to a similar size and just right, making it easy to eat, and it comes with vinegar dressing.
The waiter periodically comes to refill the tea, and the service is quite good. You order by scanning a code yourself, but the waiter will come to confirm the order again.
