The quality of the ingredients is poor, and the color of the American selected snowflake beef is uneven, affecting its taste and aroma, which is disappointing.
The business in the store is doing well, indicating its popularity.
I wanted to eat hot pot near my home, so I searched for this restaurant with good Google reviews, but after eating, I felt it was really not worth it.
The business in the store was quite good, so I thought it shouldn't be too bad. However, when the white rice was served, I immediately felt it was a problem; it was overcooked, so I deducted one star. I ordered the US premium snowflake beef, which cost $650. But as you can see from the photos I took, there is a clear difference in freshness between the two parts of the meat.
The color of the top part was too dark, looking like it had been frozen for a long time, and its flavor and texture were noticeably worse than the bottom part. Hot pot is all about the ingredients, and I was extremely disappointed that they served such quality meat to guests who ordered extra. The rest of the meal was standard, but personally, I won't be back.
