Different from other Xiao Long Bao restaurants, the Xiao Long Bao ingredients in this store are not the common shredded ginger, but shredded burdock. This novel ingredient adds a unique flavor to the Xiao Long Bao. The refreshingness of shredded burdock complements the delicious meat filling, bringing a unique taste experience to the taster.

The xiao long bao at this xiao long bao shop is outstanding in terms of texture and taste. The owner's warm and generous service attitude makes this one of my favorite bun restaurants in Qiaotou.
