#澎湖 #圓圓食記
澎湖唯二的港式燒臘店
剛好就在家樓下😝😝
已經開了將近要一年
終於趁著颱風前夕來品嚐
(其實是不想淋雨出門哈哈)

澎湖燒臘便當店就兩間:

  1. 閤記燒臘
    2.好嘢燒臘

最喜歡的是脆皮五花(燒肉)
但很可惜的是當天太晚去,已經賣完了
因為不喜歡吃鴨肉
所以就點了叉燒拼油雞

拿到餐點的時候非常的驚艷
因為便當盒非常有厚度喔!
不僅美觀,而且份量也很足夠
比起老字號閤記
配菜的部分更勝一籌
除了小菜份量很多以外
還有一顆荷包蛋,跟下飯的辣菜脯

小菜一邊是炒豆乾,一邊是炒花椰菜
調味都蠻重口味的~
但老闆是香港人,相信調味已經台化許多
不然應該會更油更鹹才對🤣🤣

叉燒一入口讓人非常的驚艷
肉質軟嫩帶有調味的甜,卻不柴
油雞客人認為中規中矩
但唯一吃不習慣的是上方的蔥醬
似乎加上了薑末在裡面
吃起來非常像是香茅醬的感覺
雖然調味不是很喜歡
但還是扒了許多飯

另外就是
油雞有加了些雞汁,淋在白飯上面
由於個人很不喜歡油膩的食物
(就算是炸物也不能油油亮亮的)
所以底部的飯實在不太敢吃
雞汁的油都沉澱在最下方了😭😭
下次考慮請老闆不用加
應該會好許多~

下一次希望我能很幸運地買到燒肉
個人覺得餐點的菜色以及老闆的用心
還有整體的價格, C P值比閤記高
值得喜歡吃燒臘的大家來品嚐看看喔👍🏻
