Taipei Shilin - After visiting the exhibition at the Science and Technology Museum, I found a food court on the first floor called "Gathering Food Light," and discovered this noodle shop that I’ve always wanted to try! Let’s give it a go!

The spicy mixed contains: tender beef slices, braised duck blood, old tofu, and braised tofu skin.
🔹 The noodles have a nice chewiness, and the spicy broth is very fragrant when mixed together. If it’s not spicy enough, you can add chili oil yourself. It also comes with two soft-boiled eggs, which are really delicious!
🔹 The beef slices are the thinly sliced kind, like snowflake beef, and they taste quite ordinary.
🔹 The braised duck blood is very flavorful, has a good saltiness, and is chewy and tasty.
🔹 The old tofu tastes very solid.
🔹 The braised tofu skin absorbs the broth well and is very flavorful.
Additionally, there’s a dipping sauce that has a hint of sesame aroma and a slight vinegary taste, which is quite special!

🔹 The food court has a "public seating area" and an "indoor dining area." That day, I chose the public seating area (takeaway only). The dining area requires each person to have a minimum spend, and since my friends weren’t eating, I opted for the public seating.
🔹 The decor is clean, comfortable, and bright.

🔹 I think the spiciness is not too overwhelming; it has a robust peppery aroma and is very flavorful. The noodle texture itself is dry, which I really like. The mixed spicy broth is a bit saltier. Overall, the taste is quite good, but the price is slightly on the expensive side!
