The restaurant's Japanese vegetable pancake, Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, is served with rice and has rich toppings, including egg, shrimp, bacon, squid, mushrooms, and cabbage. The sauce is excellent and satisfying.
Hidden in the alley is a delicious spot where you must try the Japanese-style vegetable pancake. This time, I ordered the Hiroshima-style pancake, with an option of noodles or rice. I chose rice, and I have to say it was truly substantial and filled with genuine ingredients. The portion was huge and very filling. It included egg, shrimp, bacon, squid, shiitake mushrooms, and cabbage, with an abundance of ingredients. Paired with the soul sauces (teriyaki sauce, salad, and bonito flakes), it was incredibly delicious.
